Job summary

Dell Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Demand Planning Advisor to develop commodity forecasts for GPUs and AI server components, aligning with Operations, Procurement and Revenue Operations to optimize product availability and cost.

You will translate customer and financial requirements into actionable forecasts, monitor demand and supply risks, and drive AI-enabled analytics and automation initiatives using Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years’ experience in operations, planning, or finance.
• Strong expertise in demand planning and forecasting.
• Experience with Power BI or AI-enabled analytics preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity forecasts for GPUs, AI server components and rack integration components.
• Align demand plans with Operations, Procurement and Revenue Operations teams.
• Monitor demand consumption and mitigate supply risks.
• Create performance insights using Power BI and analytics tools.
• Lead process improvements, automation and AI-driven initiatives.
