Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning Data Scientist to build predictive models and deliver insights for IBP forecasting, guiding inventory and supply planning.

You will partner with IBP demand planners to generate reliable forecasts and coordinate demand reviews, enhancing customer experience through accurate planning. The role focuses on developing models, evaluating deviations, and communicating analytical gains to drive data-driven decisions across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong background in predictive modelling and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with forecasting and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive forecasts for product orders across geographies.
• Assist with root cause analysis of forecast deviations.
• Evaluate IBP deviations and inform current plans.
• Create and validate statistical models suitable for production use.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations with clear visuals.
