Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, AI and automation with leadership exposure.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create the AI strategy and translate roadmap into actionable initiatives across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
• Oversee integration of enterprise-grade AI tools and automation with ROI focus.
• Establish AI governance, guardrails, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
