Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a hands-on AI Integration Specialist to deploy third-party AI modules into core business applications and e-commerce touchpoints, accelerating data-driven decisions. You will design and maintain secure data pipelines and APIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement automated AI solutions that streamline operations across teams.

• Process Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and customer journey friction points to implement automated AI solutions.
• Data Pipeline Management: Build and maintain secure, compliant APIs to sync cross-departmental and customer data sets with AI engines.
• Predictive Insights: Configure AI tools to turn complex data into quick, clear insights that help our staff act without delay
• Testing & Security: Conduct end-to-end system testing to ensure data accuracy, cross-platform stability, and customer data privacy.
• Team Enablement: Create user documentation and train internal teams company-wide on how to utilize new AI dashboard and tools.
