Job summary

Chemin AI is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to elevate its fast-growing Delivery organisation in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead a team of Project Managers and Associates, guiding delivery across data annotation projects and high-volume data pipelines.

The role sits with the Head of Delivery to shape processes and governance for strategic accounts. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to scale from POC to production-grade AI data work, building playbooks, culture, and a delivery engine that

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of project management experience, with 3 to 5 years leading a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects in fast-moving environments.
• Strong client-facing experience, able to build credibility and trust across diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, planning, and escalation skills.
• Experience in data-related projects, tech services, or operations is a strong plus.
• Comfortable leveraging technology, AI, automation, dashboards, and productivity tools to improve how teams operate, make decisions, and deliver at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Project Associates, providing hands-on guidance and escalation support.
• Ensure project excellence: set up and monitor delivery pipelines across data annotation projects with quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate across Project Delivery, Talent & Partnerships, and Ops & Automation for coordination and issue resolution.
• Client management: act as escalation point for delivery issues and build trust with local and international clients.
• Operationalize strategy: translate business needs into repeatable delivery processes and playbooks.
• Drive reporting and visibility: own weekly progress reviews and dashboards for strategic accounts.
• Mentor and grow talent: coach PMs and Associates to build strong delivery habits.
• Implement process improvements: identify inefficiencies and push changes to speed and accuracy.
