Job summary

Chemin is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to scale its Delivery organisation in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead a team of Project Managers and Associates, shaping delivery across data annotation projects and client work from concept to execution.

The role reports to the Head of Delivery and focuses on process, playbooks, and high‑impact outcomes. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration with Talent & Partnerships and Ops & Automation, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and strong client

Qualifications

8 to 10 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years leading a team.
Experience managing multiple high‑complexity projects in fast‑moving environments, ideally in AI/ML data work.
Strong client‑facing skills with ability to build credibility across stakeholders.
Excellent communication, planning and escalation skills.
Experience with data-related projects, tech services, or operations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Associates with hands‑on guidance and escalation support.
Oversee delivery pipelines across data annotation projects ensuring quality, timeliness and client satisfaction.
Collaborate across Project Delivery, Talent & Partnerships, and Ops & Automation for seamless coordination.
Serve as escalation point for delivery issues; manage client expectations and trust.
Translate business needs into repeatable delivery processes and playbooks.
Own weekly progress reviews, internal dashboards and delivery tracking for strategic accounts.
Mentor and grow talent to build delivery habits and ownership.
Identify inefficiencies and push changes to improve speed and accuracy.
