Job summary

You will collaborate with Product Management, QA, CIA, and Compliance to deliver high-quality AI capabilities and effective incident handling.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in AI, automation, or technology integration.
• Strong knowledge of AI prompt engineering, NLP, and conversational design.
• Experience managing release cycles, QA processes, and compliance-driven environments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, bridging Product, Tech, QA, and Compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to articulate complex issues to both tech and non-tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a clear vision and roadmap for AI integration initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the AI Integration team across roles.
• Ensure seamless deployment of AI features with minimal disruption to operations.
• Balance innovation with compliance and operational reliability in AI workflows.
• Define strategic roadmap for prompt engineering, conversation design, and release management.
• Develop KPIs to measure impact on accuracy, compliance, and client experience.
• Anticipate business needs and evolve AI workflows to support growth and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on AI trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Oversee governance for version control, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Product, CIA, QA, Compliance to align AI outputs with policies.
