Qualifications

• 10–15+ years shipping production software.
• GenAI/LLM experience in real-world deployments.
• Full-stack capability across orchestration, retrieval, and deployment.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems (SSO, legacy APIs).
• Strong client-facing communication under deadlines.
• Senior technical presence with delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build of GenAI/agentic solution architecture through implementation.
• Integrate solution into client live environment including auth and data access.
• Debug production issues directly in the client's infra.
• Set up monitoring and handoff docs for the client's team.
• Lead delivery pod and provide presales support when needed.
• Manage expectations under shifting scope/timelines.
