Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines using provided tools.
• Stay updated on client policies and industry trends related to content moderation and responsible AI.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues within the Trust & Safety team.
• Develop prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to understand responsible AI issues from model outputs.
• Contribute to best practices for content moderation and AI governance.
