Job summary

Kaiyiee Global Talent is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to support customers across AI, cloud, data and IT solution projects in Malaysia. You will assist the sales team with technical presentations, demos, and solution discussions, translating customer requirements into technical solutions and preparing proposals.

On-site in Kuala Lumpur, you will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1-2 years of experience in pre-sales or related technical roles.
Basic knowledge of cloud computing, system integration, networking or IT infrastructure.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations and solution discussions.
Understand customer requirements and help develop appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, solution documents and product materials.
Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and customer communication.
