Job summary

XCalibur Digital Sdn Bhd (Part of Times Media Sdn Bhd) is seeking a Knowledge Engineer to manage, write, and optimize AI chatbot content. The role focuses on analyzing user conversations, identifying confusion points, and updating responses and knowledge sources to ensure accurate, culturally localized interactions.

The candidate will work with product and tech teams, map informal inputs to intents, and uphold high quality standards while forging localized, natural responses for regional users.

Qualifications

• Analyze user chat logs to identify misinterpretations and drop-offs.
• Design friction-free messaging paths to resolve confusion.
• Test revised content in sandbox/staging before deployment.
• Draft and upload structured knowledge into AI repositories.
• Audit responses for factual accuracy and consistency.
• Standardize response quality and grammar across outputs.
• Interpret informal Malay/Manglish inputs and map intents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user chat logs: review interactions to identify misinterpreted intents and drop-offs.
• Redesign problem flows: map logical messaging paths to resolve confusion.
• Continuous testing: validate new content in sandbox before full deployment.
• Input & structure data into AI knowledge base repositories.
• Audit knowledge assets for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and improve formatting, clarity, and grammar of outputs.
