Job summary

Unison Group seeks two experienced Senior AI Engineers in Kuala Lumpur. You will be integral to deploying agentic chatbots across multiple markets, focusing on developing and implementing advanced AI solutions using the Google Agent Development Kit and Cloud Platform.

The ideal candidates should boast 8 years in AI Engineering, with hands-on experience in production-grade systems. Essential skills include advanced Python and cloud solutions. This role significantly impacts the evolution of innovative AI systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Software Engineering / AI Engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building production-grade LLM or Conversational AI solutions.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud AI ecosystem.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated industries such as Banking, Telco, or Healthcare is preferred.
• Deep understanding of Responsible AI, Safety Guardrails, Explainability, and Data Privacy.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end technical delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic chatbot solutions using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Design and maintain multi-agent workflows, including agent handoffs and memory management.
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Optimize LLM inference performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate on integration testing and production readiness.
