You will map out existing processes across departments, build dashboards, and create internal tools to streamline operations. Qualifications

Must be a student in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Business IT.
Use Claude or ChatGPT daily to build tools, not just for writing.
Comfortable with Google Sheets including formulas, pivot tables.

Responsibilities

Map workflows with each department to identify time waste.
Build dashboards and internal tools using AI coding tools.
Document workflows as SOPs and train the team.

Job description

We're looking for an intern who loves using Claude and ChatGPT to build things. Your job is to turn how our team works into automated workflows and live dashboards that management and staff use every day. You'll work directly with the CEO. Everything you build will go live inside the company.

Key responsibilities

Sit with each department, map their current workflow, and find the steps that waste time
Use Claude, ChatGPT and AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) to build dashboards, internal tools and automations
Build dashboards in Google Sheets, Looker Studio or HTML web pages
Connect tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, GoHighLevel and Google Ads using APIs, n8n, Make or Zapier
Write clear prompts and reusable AI templates so staff can run tasks themselves
Document every workflow you build as a simple SOP, and train the team to use it

About you

Diploma or Degree student in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business IT or related field
You use Claude or ChatGPT daily, and have used them to build something, not just to write essays
Comfortable with Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning)
Able to explain a workflow clearly to non-technical people
Curious, self-driven, and happy to figure things out on your own
Nice-to-have: Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI or any dashboard tool
Nice-to-have: Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or Google Apps Script
Nice-to-have: Understanding of APIs and how software connects
