Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary, Business or related fields.
• Experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or product management; fresh grads welcome.
• Languages: BM and English required; Mandarin/Hokkien advantageous for rural markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and training to clients.
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to support product launches and promotions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management.
