AIA Malaysia is seeking a Business Systems Analyst and Product Manager to support agency technology platforms, notably Agent Recruitment and Financing applications. You will drive system enhancements, manage production support, and deliver initiatives aligned with business goals in an Agile setting.

The role requires hands-on analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and strong governance to ensure stable, effective dashboards and digital solutions for recruitment and financing processes.

Formación

• Experience gathering, analyzing, detailing complex business requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in SDLC/Agile environments, UAT strategy and planning.
• Hands-on mindset with problem solving and impact analysis.
• Experience with agency distribution/finance platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Product Owner for agency applications focused on recruitment and financing.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, user story management, and UAT planning.
• Maintain product backlog and ensure timely delivery of complex requirements.
• Identify pain points and opportunities through gap analyses and data metrics.
• Provide production support and governance adherence for dashboards and applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize agency recruitment and financing processes.
