Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to drive agency-facing digital platforms, manage backlogs, and ensure business value delivery. Job description

• Serve as the Product Owner for agency-facing digital platforms, managing product enhancements, backlog prioritization, and business value delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery across Agile/SDLC environments, including requirements gathering, UAT planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Analyze business and agency performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage production support and continuous improvement activities, ensuring platform stability, system availability, and effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with business, technology, and leadership teams to deliver solutions that enhance agency productivity and business outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Owner should have:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Functional Consulting, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, Agile delivery, UAT, and production support.
• Exposure to insurance, financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, digital platforms, reporting solutions, and customer or sales-facing systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
