AIA is seeking a Product Owner to drive the agency recruitment and financing platforms (AIA Recruiter, Career Presenter, Agent Financing dashboards). You will manage requirements, backlogs, testing strategies, and production support in an Agile environment to deliver a seamless user experience for the agency distribution channel.

Lead cross-functional stakeholders, ensure system stability, and guide complex enhancements while maintaining 100% uptime for critical dashboards used in business

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of BA experience in Finance Industry with understanding of insurance distribution and agency management.
• Hands-on mindset with ability to manage small teams.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting with 360-degree impact analysis.
• Experience with insurance systems, agency portals, and reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations and strategic direction of agency applications (AIA Recruiter, Career Presenter, Agent Financing dashboards) in SDLC/Agile.
• Gather requirements, manage user stories, UAT strategy, and implement complex needs ensuring on-time delivery.
• Identify pain points, analyze gaps, and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure 100% stability and availability of recruitment and financing dashboards for business continuity.
