Job summary

AMITEC TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD seeks an Executive - Supervisor Aftersales Quality Standard to address technical complaints for Dealers and HQ Service Centre. You will support coordination of tech assistance, recalls, and product improvements, while liaising with Spare Parts for field repairs.

You will also prepare technical bulletins and manuals, and report monthly product quality trends. Field visits and remote troubleshooting may be required to ensure service excellence across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in after-sales service/warranty/claims or related experience.
• Familiar with automotive terminology and parts, especially two-wheelers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Investigate technical complaints and provide solutions to Dealers and HQ Service Centre.
• Assist in coordinating technical support, recalls, and product improvement feedback.
• Liaise with Spare Parts for part provisioning for field repairs.
• Prepare technical documents, bulletins, and manual updates.
• Collect and report monthly product quality trends and field issues.
• Conduct dealer or HQ visits or remote troubleshooting as needed.
• Arrange replacement parts supply with documented information.
• Record warranty claims into Master and Monitoring List accurately.
