Job summary

You will manage customer inquiries, drive care initiatives, ensure timely reporting, and maintain stock of spare parts and tools. You will recruit and mentor technicians and service advisors, develop expansion strategies, and collaborate with other departments to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1. Overall management of service operations
• 2. Handling customer inquiries and initiating customer care activities to achieve high customer satisfaction
• 3. Timely submission of after-sales reports to the company
• 4. Managing stock inventory of spare parts and tools
• 5. Recruiting, mentoring and developing technicians and service advisors
• 6. Developing strategies for expansion and process improvements to drive service excellence and profitability
• 7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless aftersales operations

Responsibilities
