CRRC Rolling Stock Center (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an After Sales Technician based in Bukit Tengah to provide after sale service support, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction across traction, braking, and comfort systems.

You will follow up on requests and complaints, locate faults, perform repairs, test vehicle systems, and support commissioning with strong emphasis on quality assurance and hands-on problem solving in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Conversant in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages and dialects will be added advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide after sales service support and corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up, respond to customer requests, complaints and after sale service.
• Locate faults, carry out repairs and replace parts.
• Conduct vehicle testing for traction, brake, PIS, air conditioning, door systems and lighting systems.
• Ensure quality inspection during commissioning and provide technical support.
• Perform vehicle dynamic tests and initial vehicle operation support.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by supervisor as required.

After Sales Technician (Based in Bukit Tengah)

To provide after sale service support to customers, provide corrective actions to ensure customer’s satisfaction, trouble shooting and resolve technical product-related issue.

To follow up, solve and respond to customer requests, complaints and after sale service.

To locating faults, carrying out repairs and replacing parts.

Vehicle testing for traction system, brake system, PIS system, air conditioner system, door systems, lighting system.

To ensure quality inspection during commissioning and technical support.

Vehicle dynamic test and initial vehicle operation support.

Perform any other job assigned from the superior from time to time when required.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

The first phase of the project, completed on February 2015 with the capacity to produce 100 to150 carriages and overhaul about 150 carriages annually.
