Linkk Busway Systems (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Service Manager/Assistant Manager (Electrical/Mechanical) to lead after-sales service for busbar trunking systems. You will supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance, ensuring safety and quality while guiding a field team.

The role requires travel to client sites and close collaboration with contractors and end-users. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5–8 years

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of after-sales, service or commissioning experience.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead after-sales service activities, including installation supervision, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Plan service schedules, allocate manpower and coordinate on-site activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and technical standards.
• Manage service documentation, reports and feedback tracking.
• Provide training and guidance for installation, safety and service protocols.
• Represent the company during site meetings or audits related to after-sales performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals and checklists.
• Monitor KPIs such as response time, service completion rate and customer satisfaction.
