Job summary

iCrest Sdn Bhd is seeking an Engineer/Manager, Electrical Installation & Service to lead and deliver electrical projects across industrial and commercial environments. You will manage installation, maintenance, and service operations, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance.

The role requires costing, tender submissions, team leadership, and strong client relations, with travel within Malaysia as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or service management.
• Valid electrical competency certification (Chargeman, Wireman) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Costing and budget preparation for tender and project submission.
• Manage electrical installation and service projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality requirements.
• Lead, train, and supervise electricians, chargemen, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Build strong customer relationships, resolve technical issues, and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee electrical projects from planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations, electrical standards, and safety requirements.

The Job

• Familiar with costing of materials, equipment labor cost for preparation of tender submission
• Lead and manage electrical installation, maintenance, and service operations at site to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Oversee electrical projects from planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage service teams to provide timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support to customers.
• Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations, electrical standards, and safety requirements.

• Must possess own transport and willing to travel when require within Malaysia
