Job summary

Dr. Cardin in Malaysia is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and content creators. You will build a robust affiliate database, scout creators across TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and more, and establish long-term relationships with top performers.

Coordinate campaigns, provide product knowledge and materials, track performance, optimize ROI, and report weekly. Collaboration with marketing and creative teams is essential.

• Plan and execute affiliate campaigns based on monthly marketing calendars.

• Ensure affiliates participate in platform campaigns (e.g. Payday Sale, Mega Campaigns).
• Track campaign progress and follow up with participating affiliates.
• Analyze GMV, orders, clicks, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Identify top‑performing affiliates and develop strategies to increase their sales contribution.
• Improve underperforming affiliate performance through coaching and engagement.

Content Coordination

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to prepare.
