Job summary

WONDFO HEALTHCARE (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD seeks an experienced Affiliate Manager to grow our affiliate business across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and related platforms. You will manage affiliate campaigns, creator content, and livestream operations, driving performance and ROI.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at recruiting and nurturing affiliates while coordinating cross-functional teams to align campaigns with our e-commerce calendar.

We are looking for an individual to manage and grow our affiliate business across all related plaforms. This role is highly execution-focused and will be responsible for managing affiliate campaigns, creator operations, livestream coordination, performance tracking, and day-to-day affiliate activities.

Core Responsibilities & Scope

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and experience in managing all plaforms affiliates, creator content, and livestream operations. They responsibilities includes:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and all related platforms
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliates, influencers, and publishers to expand reach and
• Negotiate competitive commission structures and partnership terms to maximize ROl.

Campaign & Relationship Management

• Coordinate affiliate campaigns and seasonal promotions aligned with e-commerce calendars.
• Collaborate with affiliates to create high-converting content, creatives, and product placements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance metrics (sales, clicks, conversion rates, ROAS).
• Run experiments on commission models, content types, and traffic sources to optimize results.
• Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to management.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with e-commerce, marketing, and creative teams to align campaigns across all channels.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance in all affiliate-driven content.
