Coolmate in Malaysia is seeking a Creator & Affiliate Executive to build and operate its creator and affiliate ecosystem. The role focuses on recruiting creators, growing affiliate partnerships, and driving revenue through creator-led commerce strategies in the Malaysian market.

You will collaborate with marketing and content teams to run campaigns, track performance, and optimize partnerships for growth and impact.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators aligned with Coolmate's brand positioning.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Creator Database in Malaysia.
• Expand creator networks across running, pickleball, fitness, lifestyle, and campus categories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators.
• Collaborate with the Content & Social Development team to execute Creator Marketing campaigns.
• Track content production progress and ensure timely delivery; analyze performance data.

• Build and develop Coolmate's Creator, Influencer, and Affiliate ecosystem
• Support revenue growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Website through Creator Commerce initiatives
• Reports To: Marketing Country Lead (Malaysia)

Key Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The Creator & Affiliate Executive is responsible for building, developing, and operating Coolmate's Creator & Affiliate ecosystem in Malaysia to generate a continuous stream of content, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue growth through a Creator-led Commerce model.

A. Creator Network Development (35%)

• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators aligned with Coolmate's brand positioning.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Creator Database in Malaysia.
• Expand creator networks across:
• Running Creators- Pickleball Creators- Fitness Creators- Lifestyle Creators- Campus Creators
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators.
• Monitor collaboration performance and recommend expansion opportunities.

B. Affiliate Program Development (35%)

• Recruit and onboard Affiliate Partners.
• Execute Affiliate programs across TikTok Shop and Website channels.
• Guide and support affiliates in driving sales performance.
• Monitor revenue contribution and effectiveness of each affiliate partner.
• Recommend commission structures and incentive mechanisms.

C. Creator Commerce Campaign Operations (30%)

• Collaborate with the Content & Social Development team to execute Creator Marketing campaigns.
• Track content production progress from creators.
• Ensure all creator deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Collect and analyze content performance data.
• Develop case studies and best-practice playbooks.
• Authority & Decision-Making Rights
• Recommend creators for partnerships and collaborations.
• Propose affiliate commission and incentive structures.
• Recommend budgets for creator seeding programs.
• Evaluate creator performance and effectiveness.
• Recommend discontinuing partnerships with underperforming creators.
