Job summary

Blossom Commerce Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Affiliate Executive to join our Affiliate team in Malaysia. You will manage a portfolio of 100–200 TikTok Shop creators, ensuring active engagement, content posting, and performance monitoring.

As the primary contact for creators, you’ll resolve inquiries about samples, product questions, showcase setup, and commissions, while sharing daily content angles and promo mechanics to drive GMV growth.

Qualifications

• Active daily TikTok user with strong familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for chat with creators.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and conversational English.
• Highly organized and self-directed with ability to manage repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 100–200 affiliate creators and ensure consistent posting.
• Serve as primary contact for creators; resolve inquiries about samples and commissions.
• Share daily content angles, top SKUs, and promo mechanics to boost performance.
• Monitor daily videos and GMV; follow up on underperformers and escalate issues.
• Submit daily activity logs and prepare weekly GMV trend summaries.

Are you a TikTok power user with a passion for e-commerce? We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Executive to join the Affiliate team at Blossom Commerce Sdn Bhd. This is a dedicated relationship management role focused on supporting our existing portfolio of 100–200 TikTok Shop creators. You will ensure their success through constant communication, performance monitoring, and strategic support. Your goal is to grow the Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of our current creator pool—no recruitment or cold outreach required.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Oversee 100–200 assigned affiliate creators, ensuring they stay active, supported, and post content consistently.

Creator Support: Act as the first point of contact for creators. Resolve inquiries regarding samples, product questions, showcase setup, and commission queries.

Strategic Guidance: Share daily content angles, priority SKUs, trending sounds, and promo mechanics to motivate creators and drive performance.

Performance Monitoring: Review daily video output and GMV. Identify underperforming creators, follow up immediately, and elevate persistent issues to the Affiliate Manager.

Reporting: Submit accurate daily activity logs (contacts made, videos confirmed) and prepare weekly portfolio summaries on GMV movement and growth trends.

Requirements

TikTok Savvy: Active daily TikTok user with strong familiarity with TikTok Shop, live selling, and affiliate content.

Communication Skills: Comfortable initiating and sustaining conversations with strangers over chat.

Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and conversational English.

Organizational Skills: Consistent and self-directed; able to manage repetitive tasks, track follow-ups, and organize schedules without supervision.

Technical Basics: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., sorting, filtering, simple percentages).

Bonus Points: Prior experience in affiliate management, e-commerce, customer service, or sales; personal experience as a TikTok creator; interest in pets/cats.
