Job summary

Usobi is seeking an Affiliate Manager to build and manage a robust network of agents and partners from Malaysia. The role focuses on acquiring channels, negotiating terms, and driving performance while coordinating across market needs and regulatory considerations.

The position offers remote work initially with planned on-site engagement after 4–6 months, visa and accommodation support, meal allowances, and Asian business hours alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in affiliate/channel development in iGaming or related industry.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership or manager role.
• Proven hands-on experience in developing agents or partners.
• Existing networks are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of affiliate models and commission structures.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to assess partner resources and potential value.
• Strong business development and performance management capabilities.
• Experience in team management, training, and target setting.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute agent/affiliate channel acquisition strategies.
• Identify and develop agents, channel partners, and teams.
• Expand affiliate resources and partnership channels.
• Manage outreach, evaluation, negotiation, and conversion of partners.
• Assess resources, traffic, and market capabilities of agents.
• Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures.
• Establish tiering and management systems for agents and channels.
• Maintain relationships to improve stability and activity.
• Track performance data and report to management.
• Provide recommendations based on market changes.
