OPTIMAX EYE SPECIALIST CENTRE is seeking a Customer Service Executive for its aesthetic clinic, based in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. The role combines front desk duties with customer counseling, lead follow-up, and supporting marketing efforts to grow patient numbers.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in a related field with customer service/retail experience. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is required, with Chinese as an advantage. Weekend work is a must.

Qualifications

Diploma in any related field with working experience in Customer Service, Retail or Front Desk.
Fresh graduates and service/retail candidates are encouraged to apply.
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese; proficiency in Chinese an advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan and carry out customer service duties/front desk duties.
Follow up on leads and participate in marketing and business development activities.
Attend to walk-in customers at the front counter and handle face-to-face and phone enquiries.
Provide excellent customer service to patients.
Promote products to boost sales.
Stay updated with market changes and competitors’ information.
Maintain company standards and observe group compliance policy.
Assist in adhoc projects as required.
