OPTIMAX EYE SPECIALIST CENTRE is seeking a Customer Service Executive for its aesthetic clinic, based in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. The role combines front desk duties with customer counseling, lead follow-up, and supporting marketing efforts to grow patient numbers.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in a related field with customer service/retail experience. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is required, with Chinese as an advantage. Weekend work is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and carry out customer service duties/front desk duties.
• Follow up on leads and participate in marketing and business development activities.
• Attend to walk-in customers at the front counter and handle face-to-face and phone enquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Promote products to boost sales.
• Stay updated with market changes and competitors’ information.
• Maintain company standards and observe group compliance policy.
• Assist in adhoc projects as required.

Customer Service Executive (Aesthetic Clinic)

Plan and carry out customer service duties / front desk duties.

Follow up on leads and participation of marketing and business development activities

Attend to walk-in customers in front counter, face to face and phone enquiries, including providing counseling to customers

Provide good customer service to our patient.

Promote our product to boost sales

Keep abreast with latest and most current information and technology in regards to market changes, competitors information and Company’s products

Maintain Company standards and observe Group Compliance Policy

Assist in any adhoc projects assigned

Requirements:

Possess at least Diploma in any related field with working experience in Customer Service, Retail or Front Desl

Fresh graduates, air stewardess, hotelier and candidates from service & retail line are encouraged to apply

Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. Proficiency in Chinese will be added as advantage.

Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Proactive approach to problem solving and willing to learn

A team player with an energetic and flexible working style

Must be able to work on weekend

Position based in Sri Petaling, KL

6-days week. Must willing to work during weekend
