Zusammenfassung

Only World Group in Malaysia’s Negeri Sembilan invites energetic individuals to join our park team. You will assist guests, ensure safety, support event preparations, and help maintain clean, welcoming spaces across our water and theme park attractions.

The role requires basic education (SPM) or higher, physical fitness for active tasks, and good Bahasa Malaysia and English communication. Weekend and public holiday availability is a plus, and prior hospitality experience is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum SPM; a diploma/degree holder in tourism or hospitality is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and with no pre-existing health conditions, capable of handling active, standing, and manual tasks.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Aufgaben

• Ensure guest safety in the park area.
• Notify Park Manager/Maintenance of issues immediately.
• Support event preparations such as team-building activities and celebrations.
• Handle counter transactions and guest assistance.
• Keep play areas clean and organized.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
