Job summary

Enfrasys seeks an Adoption & Change Management Executive to coordinate and support Office 365 adoption initiatives, assist with training sessions, onboarding, and adoption planning. You will develop training materials, track progress, and engage stakeholders to drive successful user adoption.

Responsibilities include planning, delivering sessions, creating PoE reports, and maintaining adoption communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building customer/internal relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis, identifying trends, and finding improvement opportunities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and stay positive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end Adoption & Change Management (ACM) activities for Microsoft 365, Copilot and related digital workplace solutions.
• Design, prepare and deliver user training sessions covering Microsoft 365 apps and Copilot tools.
• Facilitate training sessions with moderation, attendance tracking, Q&A handling, and engagement support.
• Prepare post-training documentation including PoE reports, feedback summaries, and attendance records.
• Develop and maintain adoption materials such as slide decks, user guides, and campaign content.
• Support customer onboarding with solution awareness, first-user experience, training readiness, and adoption activities.
• Assist in developing adoption and communication plans, training schedules, and change enablement efforts.
• Monitor adoption progress, training effectiveness, user feedback, and usage trends; provide updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve adoption challenges and support delivery.
• Keep up to date with Microsoft 365/ Copilot updates and incorporate changes into training content.
