Job summary

KPJ Healthcare is seeking an Admission unit administrator to plan and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring patient details are accurately captured in admission forms and all related documents are properly attached. They will also verify guarantee letters and coordinate billing and deposits for a smooth admission process.

The role requires at least SPM or an equivalent certification and 1 year of worked experience, with strong communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent certification required.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control day-to-day operations of the Admission unit.
• Enter patient particulars into admission forms and ensure data accuracy.
• Verify insurance and guarantor documents and coordinate deposits/receipts.
• Ensure patients are sent to wards within managements' target timelines.
• Respond promptly to corporate client inquiries and complaints.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and hospital accreditation standards.
