SVA is the operating platform for a premium fresh vegetable produce business established as a joint venture anchored by ACGT Sdn Bhd — a wholly owned subsidiary of Genting Plantations Berhad specialising in genomics, artificial intelligence, precision agriculture, controlled-environment farming, and sustainable food production — together with its joint-venture partner, CSV. Based at the AgTech Campus in Kulai, Johor, the business is building a fully integrated farm-to-fork ecosystem spanning greenhouse and open-field cultivation, nursery and propagation, post-harvest handling, grading and packing, cold-chain logistics, and export-oriented agribusiness.

About the role

The Senior Executive / Manager, Administration manages facility administration, local regulatory compliance, HR coordination, and general office workflows to ensure a smooth operational environment at the Kulai, Johor site. The role is the administrative backbone linking field operations, corporate headquarters, vendors, and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee facility management, local utility services, vendor contracts, and physical-security protocols
• Office management and records/documentation control
• Licensing, permits, and local regulatory compliance
• Handle site-level HR administration, including attendance, onboarding documentation, and localised staff welfare
• Local recruitment support and onboarding
• Payroll-input coordination and attendance/leave administration
• Training coordination and employee welfare
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for local permits, licenses, municipal assessments, and company records
• Vendor management and purchasing
• Manage petty cash, local expense verification, and cross-departmental administrative support

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Human Resource, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years' administrative and operational experience, preferably in agriculture, plantation, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments
• Prior Assistant Manager–level experience is an advantage for the Manager grade
• Familiarity with Johor local-authority and municipal procedures is a distinct advantage
• Exceptional organisation, multitasking, and time management
• Strong knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and ERP/administrative platforms
• Working knowledge of OSHA 1994 and local statutory/HR compliance
• High integrity, discretion, and professional communication
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
