Job summary

Richport Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to plan and manage production schedules in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with customers on order processing and ensure timely deliveries while coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth production flow.

The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing degree, strong planning, and analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team while solving problems under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing or related field (required).
• Fresh graduate is preferred.
• Able to communicate and understand English.
• Clear understanding of production processes is a plus.
• Able to motivate staff and provide leadership to team.
• Good problem-solving skills and quick decision making.
• Able to compile detailed working schedules.
• Strong planning and analytical skills.
• Highly motivated and stress-resistant with a zero-defect mindset.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers on order processing and deliveries.
• Plan and prepare production schedules for the production department.
• Draw up master schedules to establish sequence and lead times.
• Expedite operations to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Monitor WIP accuracy periodically.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Pull products from Finished Goods Warehouse and monitor material requests.
• Plan activities with the Production supervisor to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Liaise with customers on order processing and deliveries.
• Plan and drive to achieve sales revenue and company goals as per target.
• Plan and prepare production schedules for production department.
• Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Monitor WIP accuracy from time to time.
• Work with Production Supervisor to strictly monitoring production lot progress in order to ensure all lots are running as per schedule.
• Analyse production specifications and plan capacity data and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
• Coordinate with other department on related issues to ensure the smooth flow of production.
• Responsible for pulling products from Finished Goods Warehouse.
• Responsible for monitoring additional material request by production.
• Ensure PO info (part, pricing, quality etc) is correct before entering into system.
• Maintain all sales order processing records and delivery records.
• Plan activities with Production supervisor to ensure on time deliveries.
