Job summary

Fastenal Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator to plan and manage operations, liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers and customers.

You will handle inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance, insurance, and prepare invoices and packing lists while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan & manage logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies & customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments including customs clearance and insurance for any mode of transport.
• Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining quality and service within budgetary requirements.
• Arrange loading of finished goods into container and land transport.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation to comply with audit requirements.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, analysis reports and apply for import/export permits as needed.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
