Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Warehouse & Coordination Associate in Ipoh to support daily stock counts, document handling and liaison with drivers.

You will maintain warehouse cleanliness, ensure accurate Proof of Delivery processes, and support other branches with timely information. This permanent full-time role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.

Based in Ipoh, the position offers stability and opportunities to contribute to efficient logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coordination and warehousing is added advantage.
• Able to communicate with other people.
• Able to work in team/independently.

Responsibilities

• Daily/weekly inventory stock count and warehouse cleanliness.
• Liaise with driver Proof of Delivery remark/issues.
• To submit and parcel the completed Proof of Delivery to other branches.
• Proper filling of documents.
• Any ad-hoc task from superior.
