This role provides administrative and coordination support to the Project Department and site team, managing project documentation, foreign worker permits, equipment registers, attendance records, purchasing coordination, and general administrative duties across multiple operational areas.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Department and site team
Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project-related documents, records, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, suppliers, workers, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project operations
Assist in tracking project documentation, deadlines, submissions, and follow-up matters
Assist in the application, renewal, transfer, and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers
Maintain an up-to-date database and records of workers' passports, work permits, medical insurance, medical check-ups, and relevant safety certifications such as CIDB Green Card
Maintain an updated register of company/site equipment, tools, and testing instruments
Coordinate with Site Supervisors to collect and verify daily worker attendance records
Assist in obtaining quotations for project materials, tools, and equipment and prepare and issue Purchase Orders
Handle filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and other administrative duties related to project operations
