Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Administration Manager to lead the Administration department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across offices and facilities.
The role involves managing relationships with local authorities, renewing licenses, coordinating IT, and maintaining EMS/ISO/GMP/HACCP compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.

Overall manage and lead Administration department.
Manage relationship & maintain a good networking with local authorities.
Maintain & renew business licenses with MPT,LKIM, RSPO, MITI, MOH, MPOB MIDA, KPDN, JPJ company car insurance and road tax besides submitting monthly reports to KASTAM.
Responsible for office administration by managing and execute the day to day operational activities of Administrative Dept.
Manage a good control of Petty Cash.
Coordinate overall IT matters with compliance to IT policy.
Overall stationery stock control and issuing, office uniforms and others necessary items stock controlling for office
Overall facilities monitoring such as garden, compound and surrounding
Overall Canteen operators’ matters, agreement & renewal
Manage sales of waste (fish waste, sludge, carton boxes, pallet, etc), dented cans staff sales
Security guard monitoring and control.
To manage cleaners on their daily job responsibilities.
To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office and store room, factory compound, canteen, pantry.
Responsible for the effective implementation of EMS following the ESG reporting requirement
To support and implement identification of environmental aspects in EMS.
Responsible for the compliances with ISO, GMP, HACCP, RSPO / MSPO and other regulatory standard.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the superior to meet the needs of the
department from time to time.
Requirement:
Diploma / Degree in Administration/Human Resources or others related discipline.
At least 5 years working experience in Administration.
Strong interpersonal / good communication skill and leadership quality.
Knowledge in GMP, HACCP & ISO, implementation, documentation and internal auditing
