We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Junior Admin to join our team at our office in Desa Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our architectural practice. As an Junior Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that our team can focus on delivering architectural work whilst you manage the essential administrative functions that keep our business running efficiently.

Managing office schedules, appointments and meeting coordination for staff and clients.
Handling correspondence, including emails, letters and phone communications.
Maintaining and organising filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
Preparing and processing administrative documentation, including invoices, contracts and project files.
Providing support to various departments within the practice as needed, including documentation for Local Authority Submission.
Managing office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Assisting with reception duties and welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
Performing general administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the practice.
Junior Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with architectural or design industry practices is desirable but not essential.
