Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking an Activation Executive (contract) to drive key projects within the Transaction Banking Dept. You will assist in customer migration activities, validate profiles, and support data migration processes.

The role requires communication in Malay and English, MS Office proficiency, and a proactive, integrity-driven approach. Location is in the Subang Jaya/Puchong region, with a focus on timely delivery and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in Customer Migration Activities for clients.
• Validate company profiles and prepare data for migration.
• Support migration process via inbound calls and email handling.
• Handle outbound customer care calls for migration-related issues.
• Coordinate with Channels, IT, and vendors to resolve customer issues.
• Prepare status reports on migration progress when required.
