Job summary

Growth Well Industry Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive based in Taman Johor Jaya, Johor. You will manage AR processes, ensuring timely collections and accurate records across customer accounts.

The role requires 2+ years in AR, a accounting qualification, and strong numerical skills with proficiency in AutoCount and Excel. English and Bahasa Malaysia communication are essential, Mandarin for client interaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable tasks.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical/analytical skills.
• Proficient in AutoCount software and spreadsheet applications.
• Communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin for client communication.
• Knowledge of SST & e-invoice regulations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and credit management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile irregularities in receipts.
• Post receipts in a timely manner.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
• Prepare aged accounts receivable reports and analysis.
• Assist with credit control procedures and policies.

About the role

This is a full-time Accounts Receivable Executive role based in Taman Johor Jaya, Johor at Growth Well Industry Sdn. Bhd. You will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on overdue payments
• Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
• Posting receipts in timely manner
• Perform account reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and transactions
• Preparing aged accounts receivable reports and analysis
• Assisting with credit control procedures and policies
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure effective cash flow management
• Assists in month-end closing processes
• Involved in monthly stock count activity

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field.
