Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Check supplier invoices against POs and DOs
• Prepare payments to suppliers and workers
• Assist with bank reconciliation
• Key in transaction into accounting software (SQL)
• Maintain and organize accounting documents and records
• Assist with payroll and salary calculations
• Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB matters
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare basic financial reports
• Assist the Account Executive with month-end closing
• Handle filing of invoices, receipts, credit notes, statements, etc.
