Job summary

TCY ONLINE DISTRIBUTOR ENTERPRISE is seeking individuals for an accounting/administrative role based in Malaysia. The position involves book-keeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and handling various financial documents.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related field is preferred, with strong organization and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is advantageous, and knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least pass all subject SPM or Diploma or Degree in Account/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Good organizational, time-management, attention to detail, responsible, punctual.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL System is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, payroll or HR is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Book-keeping through accounts payable and receivable with bank reconciliation.
• Providing administrative support including data entry, filing and documentation.
• Handling payroll, overtime, attendance, leave, expenses claim and petty cash.
• Preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, etc.
• Coordinating with external stakeholders (suppliers, vendors, accountants, auditors, customers) to resolve financial or general queries.
• Responsible for ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
