TADIKA XARIS in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level accounting assistant to support daily accounting and administrative duties.

You will assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining accounting records, with training on the SQL Accounting System provided.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; basic Excel skills are required, and attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• SPM/Secondary School Certificate is required.
• Fresh graduates and SPM leavers encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in handling daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices, payments, and collections.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment documents, and other accounting documents.
• Perform basic data entry and update accounting records accurately.
• Assist with bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and accounting documents.
• Update and maintain accounting data in the SQL Accounting System.
• Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and following up with customers when required.
• Check accounting documents and records for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining sales, purchase, debtor, and creditor records.
• Prepare simple reports and summaries as requested by the superior.
• Compile, sort, and record daily business transactions.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
• Carry out any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by the superior.
