Job summary

Zebra in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist, Support II to ensure liabilities for goods and services are accurate and aligned with agreed terms. You will process a high volume of supplier invoices efficiently, handle supplier payments, and interact with vendors and colleagues to resolve queries.

You will reconcile supplier statements, support the AP Supervisor on projects, and contribute to a collaborative team, with hybrid work options and a focus on work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring that liabilities incurred for goods and services received are arithmetically correct and accurately reflect previously agreed terms and conditions.
• Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, and assist the team to do the same.
• Process payment runs for the company – both supplier and employee expense.
• Interacts with vendors and colleagues.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Assisting the AP Supervisor on projects as required.
• Operates effectively in a teaming environment, including taking on additional tasks to assist in the workload of other team members.
• Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned.
