Job summary

MCC Label Malaysia is seeking an experienced SSC professional to manage vendor master data, invoice processing and payments within our Shared Services Centre in Malaysia. You will work with local business units and Controllers to ensure accurate records, compliant payment cycles, and timely month-end closing.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting/finance degree (ACCA/CPA/MIA preferred), is fluent in English, can multi-task, and has strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/MIA).
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Candidate with SSC experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor and bank master data for accuracy and updates.
• Process vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) and code expenses accurately.
• Manage payment cycles, ensuring compliance with DOA and local requirements.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations with Corporate Accounting.
• Complete month-end closing and ensure MEC reconciliations with GL.
