Exclusive Networks is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end AP processes within our AP/Procure-to-Pay function in Malaysia. You will handle invoice validation, coding, approvals, and timely posting while maintaining master data integrity and supporting vendor relationships.

The role involves monthly payment runs, month-end close support, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable within medium-to-large organisations.
• Strong understanding of PTP processes and high-volume transactions.
• ERP proficiency and intermediate Excel.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Organised with focus on deadlines.
• Team player with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP processes from invoice validation to posting.
• Vendor master data maintenance and accuracy.
• Oversee weekly/monthly payment runs and approvals.
• AP aging analysis and discrepancy resolution.
• Assist month-end close and AP subledger reporting.
