You will maintain vendor relations, ensure compliance with internal controls, and contribute to financial reporting and audit activities. This is a full-time role located in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end accounts payable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end AP and procurement transactions.
• Receive, verify and enter invoices into the accounting system.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and cash flow management.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements against ledgers.
• Generate reports for financial analysis and decision making.
• Assist in audits and tax filing matters.
