Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Payable Officer for a 1-year contract to join our Bayan Lepas, Penang team. You will process vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and support month-end tasks in SAP or other ERP systems.

The role requires basic accounting knowledge and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome in finance-related fields.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoice processing.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/accounting systems is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately within SLA.
• Match invoices with PO, GR, and supporting documents before posting.
• Handle PO and non-PO invoice processing in SAP/accounting systems.
• Ensure correct GL account, tax code, and cost center during posting.
• Liaise with vendors, buyers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
