Job summary

Hyperwave Systems Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Account Payable Assistant with experience in AutoCount software, and in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role and can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include handling payables, trade lines (BA, TR, LC), online banking and remittance, utilities payments, and filing documents. You will support ad hoc financial tasks and assist with applications and tenders.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AutoCount software.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle account activities mainly focus on Account Payables.
• Handle Trade Line such as BA, TR, LC transactions.
• Handle bank activities such as online banking, remittance and overseas TT.
• Assist to handle any application/tender form related to financial matter.
• Handle payment of utilities, instalment and expenses.
• Filing all above related documents.
• Perform ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Management Team.
